Please Participate in Sleep Research!

If you have a Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorder, please take our survey. It is open to people around the globe with diagnosed and undiagnosed Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorders. We hope to get some good statistics on CRD people's sleep habits, and how often different treatments work or don't work for people actually suffering from these disorders.

The data collected will be useful to researchers. Participants may choose to be contacted by researchers to take part in further research. By working together and sharing information, we can transform medicine in ways that were unimaginable a decade ago. Your participation may result in new therapies, while rapidly increasing our knowledge of disordered circadian processes. Note that you first have to register with Invitae, by answering demographic questions (age, gender, location, etc).

Only after that is completed will you be offered the health surveys. Ours is called "Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorders". There are multiple pages of questions in our survey. Please complete this entire survey so that your responses can be used in research projects.

You can learn more about Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorders, including Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Disorder, and Advanced Sleep Phase Disorder, on our website, www.CircadianSleepDisorders.org.
